He stated that even though the President did not agree to conditions put forward by TNA which are not favorable to our country, Gen. Fonseka entered into a clandestine pact with them.

He further emphasized that Gen. Fonseka agreed to the release of hardcore LTTE cadres in custody, to reduce the strength of State Intelligence Unit, military and police strength and to dismantle high security zones.   TNA who demands for a separate North and East entity is now remerging.   

He explained this as a second great betrayal of Gen. Fonseka citing the results of the discussions, which was held with TNA and international LTTE organizations.
