The Sri Lanka govt has thwarted an attempt made by a team of international lawyers to come to Sri Lanka with the intention of saving Tiger arms dealing Chief K. Pathmanathan. This attempt was made by some foreign NGOs with the backing of Sri Lankan Website spreading false news that K. Pathmanathan is being tortured by the govt. A senior govt official said that very soon legal action will be filed against K. Pathmanathan and after that any foreign intervention would not be necessary.
