“VOA is a huge threat to asian region”- Wimal W. |

Gen secretary of the National Patriotic Movement Wimal Weerawansa stated yesterday that the Voice of America Transmission center established in Sri Lanka is a huge threat to Sri Lanka as well as the whole Asian region.
He also added that the Sri Lanka govt should launch an investigation about this transmission center and if they fail to do so they will raise their voice in this regard in the Parliament as MPs. He further said if USA is going to go ahead taking Sri Lanka to international courts, then VOA should be closed down in Sri Lanka for ever.
