Tigers get Rs. 4 Mil. In Canada – Kerala arrest Tiger leader PDF Print E-mail
The Canada secret police has discovered that the 490 Sri Lankan Tamils who were in the “Sun Sea” ship arrested while entering Canada, has promised to pay US $ 40,000/= each to the Canadian Tiger network. The Canadian secret police has also arrested Sea Tiger chief Vinothan, who acted as the captain of this ship. During questioning of these people, the Canadian police has found out that all Tamil refugees brought in to Canada by Tiger ships must pay US $ 40,000/= within a year to the Canadian Tiger network. It was also found out that this ship has come to Canada on 17th of October 2009 as well.

In separate incident Kerala police has arrested Sunder Raj Sivakumar alias Siva, who is known to be the main transport coordinator of the Tigers responsible for sending ship loads of former LTTE cadres to four countries, with the intention to revive the LTTE. He has already admitted to sending 35 trawlers of former cadres that managed to run off to India, to various countries and also admitted that he did so with the intention of reviving the LTTE again. He also confessed to sending more than 1,500 ex cadres abroad in this manner
